Billa successfully crosses 100

With Ajith kick-started with great flicks on his way, the ultimate star seems to be leaping with more and more elated moments. Recently, he celebrated his daughter’s naming ceremony. Now Thala is fleeting over the globe, with his Billa successful crossing 100 Days. Not just in one or two theatres, it is still running successfully in many theatres in Chennai and other parts of the country.
Ajith Kumar is in over-joy with his longtime success and now what? He has started working his forthcoming movie Aegan. We wish him the very best for his other projects too and let it bring more joy than now…

Ultimate Star soon after returning from Cannes is not just excited with the fact that his Billa witnessed good response from international audiences. Not alone this was the reason for his excitement, but now he is more excited to the peak shooting for the film Aegan. The reason is that the film isn’t exceptional theme of seriousness, but a fun loving subject. Sources close to the unit have now clearly confirmed that the film is an exact remake of Bollywood blockbuster Main Hoon Naa starring Shah Rukh Khan in lead role.
Though few parts of the movie would be involved with action and thriller, major portion of it will be of the jolly moments that take place inside the college campus. Just imagine the situation when an undercover agent who is far away from happy life joins a college as arrear student? He joins in gang with young college students and then eventually falls in love with a gorgeously looking chemistry teacher. On the other part, there are more emotional sequences where he has to get re-united with his step mother and brother for the promise he has made with his father.
So, you guys must get yourselves enthralled for the greatest fun loving entertainment flick from Thala. At the moment, the entire crew is busy shooting the college sequences at Monford School in Yercaud.
It has been confirmed that film will hit screens on August 15 with audio slated to be launched during the mid of July.

Aegan is racing against time to complete its shooting to enable a Deepavali release. With over 80 per cent of the shooting complete the team is gearing up to wrap the rest of it to commence post-production work. After having shot some scenes in some exotic locales in India and abroad, the Aegan crew is now camped in Chennai. Over the last
few days the team was spotted in several locations such as Guindy and Adyar in Chennai city. The Aegan team is now shooting a song sequence in the AVM studios for which 10 sets have been erected. From what we gather from reliable sources, a song is being filmed there, set at the backdrop of college cultural show, which turns out into a dream number featuring the lead pair Ajith and Nayanthara.
